how do i figure out what to order?
Send the quick request on the homepage (goal, world, contact) or run the full project scoper if you want a detailed brief; both reach the same review. Chasing progression, that is a custom project. Want to skip years of grinding, that is an account conversation. Not sure? Say so in the ticket and we lay out the options.
when does a price become firm?
When the written scope is agreed in your ticket, and not before. Fixed-rate items use listed prices; custom MapleStory progression work and accounts are estimated first, then locked when you approve the scope.
what happens after i send a request?
The crew replies on Discord or the email you gave, asks anything the request left open, then sends the scope in writing: stages, what each delivers, the order they run in, and estimates for any custom part. You approve, change, or walk away. Approval is what makes the price firm; until then you owe nothing.
what does the first paid milestone cover?
On a single booking, one itemized invoice covers the work and comes before it begins. On a staged project, the first paid milestone is stage one of your written scope, and payment follows completed stages rather than the whole project up front. The full wording is on the refund policy page.
how does staged delivery work?
Larger projects split into milestones. Each milestone has its own deliverable, and you pay as milestones complete, never everything up front. Updates and screenshots land in your ticket at every stage.
do you use bots or macros?
Never; that is the hill this crew dies on. Botting is the quickest route to a dead account. A real person plays each session, and a live stream is available on request so you can watch the hands on the keys yourself.
is login work safe?
Zero risk is a promise nobody who logs into your account can keep, so distrust anyone making it. What we can control, we lock down: a single vetted pilot, the change-nothing rule, session updates, and a password rotation once the work wraps.
how do account purchases work?
Every account is raised by the crew, scoped in writing, and handed over completely: credentials, original email, and a lockdown walkthrough. Details on the accounts page.
is coaching really free?
The basics come free with any order: a gear audit, a progression map and boss-mechanics teaching. Standalone deep-dive MapleStory coaching is scoped and quoted like any other project.
which servers do you support?
On GMS NA Reboot Heroic that means Kronos and Hyperion, together with the seasonal Challengers world. Challenger World Season 3 runs until September 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC, and its World Leap window stays open until September 23, 2026. Nexon has not announced a next season, so Challengers requests after that date are scoped for whichever world your character leaps to. Playing somewhere else? Ask on Discord and the crew checks the roster.
do you cover classic world or old school maplestory?
Yes. Classic World, which players also call Old School MapleStory, opens with founder early access on October 6, 2026 and launches on October 21, 2026. Classic World requests are open now: describe the goal and the crew scopes it like any other project. No Classic World prices are published before launch. Pick "Classic World" in the world field of the quick request or scoper.
what if something fails or falls short?
Failed run, free rerun, then a refund if we cannot clear before reset. Short session, finished free. The full wording lives on the refund policy page.
will you ever ask for my payment details or passwords here?
No. This website never asks for passwords, auth codes, recovery info or payment details. Scoping happens here or in Discord; invoicing and payment happen later, in your ticket, only after a plan is agreed.
