- Get a written scope. The crew breaks the goal into stages: what gets done, in what order, on what schedule. Fixed-rate items use listed prices; custom work is estimated.
- Agree the quote. The price becomes firm only when you approve the written scope. You get one clear invoice, in USD, with no surprise fees. Until you approve, you owe nothing.
- Staged delivery. Larger orders split into milestones, and you pay as milestones complete, never everything up front. Every stage ends with updates and screenshots in your ticket, and you can request a live stream of any session.
- Wrap-up. Login work ends with a password-rotation prompt; account handovers end with a lockdown walkthrough. Then leave a vouch, if we earned it.
