How it works

Scope. Quote. Deliver.

Every order, from a single session to a months-long build, moves through the same five steps. Nothing is billed before the plan is agreed in writing.

  1. Describe the goal. Send the quick request (goal, world, contact), run the project scoper for a detailed brief, or add xpboosting on Discord and DM us the goal. All three reach the same crew.
  2. Get a written scope. The crew breaks the goal into stages: what gets done, in what order, on what schedule. Fixed-rate items use listed prices; custom work is estimated.
  3. Agree the quote. The price becomes firm only when you approve the written scope. You get one clear invoice, in USD, with no surprise fees. Until you approve, you owe nothing.
  4. Staged delivery. Larger orders split into milestones, and you pay as milestones complete, never everything up front. Every stage ends with updates and screenshots in your ticket, and you can request a live stream of any session.
  5. Wrap-up. Login work ends with a password-rotation prompt; account handovers end with a lockdown walkthrough. Then leave a vouch, if we earned it.

the standing rules

  • Hand-played by real people since 2017. No bots or macros, ever.
  • Written safety protocol on login work: one senior pilot, change-nothing policy.
  • Free rerun and redo policy, in writing. See the refund policy.
  • We never ask for payment details, passwords or auth codes through this website.

Servers covered: Kronos and Hyperion, the GMS NA Reboot Heroic worlds, the seasonal Challengers world, and MapleStory Classic World (Old School MapleStory) from its October 21, 2026 launch. Challenger World Season 3 runs until September 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC, and its World Leap window stays open until September 23, 2026. Nexon has not announced a next season, so Challengers requests after that date are scoped for whichever world your character leaps to. Playing elsewhere? Ask in Discord and the crew will look at the roster for you.

after you send it, and the first paid milestone

  1. The crew replies on Discord or the email you gave and asks anything the request left open.
  2. You get the scope in writing: stages, what each delivers, the order they run in, and the estimate for any custom part.
  3. You approve, change, or walk away. Approval is what makes the price firm.
  4. Single bookings: one itemized invoice before work begins. Staged projects: the first paid milestone is stage one of your written scope, and payment follows completed stages, never the whole project up front.
