- Failed run? Free rerun first. If we still cannot clear before the weekly reset, you get a refund for that run.
- Session that stops short of the agreed target? The remainder gets completed free of charge. The scope agreed in your ticket is the yardstick.
projects, accounts and staged orders
- Account orders and custom projects are scoped in writing before any payment is taken.
- The price becomes firm only when the written scope is agreed; until then everything is an estimate.
- Large orders split into stages, and you pay as stages complete. If a project stops mid-way, you have only ever paid for completed milestones.
- Changes to an agreed scope are re-quoted in writing before they are billed.

- Open a ticket and confirm the plan and the price.
- A single itemized invoice arrives before work begins. Everything is priced in USD, and surprise fees don't exist here.
- Payment goes through whichever method was agreed in your ticket: crypto, Wise, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo and Zelle all work, and other methods can usually be arranged on request.
Questions about a specific order always go through your ticket on Discord (add xpboosting and DM us), where the agreed scope is already in writing. This page summarizes standing policy; your written scope is the binding version for your order.
