- Failed run? Free rerun first. If we still cannot clear before the weekly reset, you get a refund for that run.
- Session that stops short of the agreed target? The remainder gets completed free of charge. The scope agreed in your ticket is the yardstick.
projects, accounts and staged orders
- Account orders and custom projects are scoped in writing before any payment is taken.
- The price becomes firm only when the written scope is agreed; until then everything is an estimate.
- Large orders split into stages, and you pay as stages complete. The first paid milestone is stage one of the written scope, not the whole project. If a project stops mid-way, you have only ever paid for completed milestones.
- Changes to an agreed scope are re-quoted in writing before they are billed.

- A single itemized invoice arrives before work begins, split by stage on staged projects so each stage is paid as it completes. Everything is priced in USD, and surprise fees don't exist here.
- Payment goes through whichever method was agreed in your ticket.
